A few little things to know…

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only provided if an item is deemed faulty.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.

How do I request an exchange?
Please email us at hello@moonhaloboutique.com with your order details and the item you wish to exchange.

Who covers the cost of returns?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What condition must items be in for an exchange?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

What if my item is faulty?
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@moonhaloboutique.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within Australia.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed.
