Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Moon Halo Boutique, we want you to love your pieces. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing issues.

Refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law, including for items deemed faulty.

Exchanges

We happily offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • in original condition
  • with all tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • the item you would like to exchange
  • the size or item you would prefer instead

We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including exchanges.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Moon Halo Boutique cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

Faulty Items

We take great care in preparing every order. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Sale Items

Sale, promotional, or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.

Please Note

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • We are unable to hold exchange items until your return has been received.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
